Information the app handles

Gyro Music Player is designed for music already stored on your device. To play local audio, the app may request access to media files or audio storage through Android’s standard permission system.

Audio files, library information and playback activity are processed on your device for app functionality. They are not sent to Adrian Newton, sold or shared for advertising.

Personal data collection

The app does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, payment information or health information.

The app does not include operator-run analytics, advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking. Google Play may process install, crash, device and store-interaction data under Google’s own terms when you install or update the app through Google Play.

Permissions

Any media permission is used only to discover and play audio files selected or stored on your device. You can revoke app permissions in Android settings. Revoking media access may prevent the app from finding or playing local music.

Data sharing and retention

Gyro Music Player does not transmit your local music library to the app operator, so the operator does not retain a server-side copy of that information. App preferences or playback state may remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.

Children

Gyro Music Player is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the app’s features, permissions or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
